Each month Little Smiles sponsors a pizza party at Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte and Jeff Gordon Children’s Hospital in Concord.  Pizza, drinks and crafts are provided for patients and their families to provide a brief respite from their hospital stay.  These events are a perfect example of how providing a “little” thing can make a “big” impact on those we serve.
