Little Smiles began operating in Charlotte, NC in 2009. Margi Kyle was inspired to launch the chapter after watching her friends and family create little, local smiles in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Florida chapter had been operating since 1998, and was eager to expand its work to other communities and kids in need of a smile. The organization also has a chapters in Philadelphia and Western New York doing the same great work.
